I ordered a Maytag wash plate #10609480, I paid 63 dollars for the plate , and I need it fairly quick as cothes were piling up , paid 18 dollars for 2-5 days shipping , well they sent part # 10582214/10553967,, which the wrong part,, would not work, hub was too fit on the splined shelf,and the diameter was way too small,,,,I’ve tried tried to call the number that was on the shipping label , to customer service , only be put on “ hold” ,,, after 30-45 minutes I had to hang up ,, this is not normal for customer serve to leave a caller hanging like this,,,,I have had to drive to a fox appliance parts store to get my plate ,,,,now I want a refund when ship it back , but nobody is manning the phone in Cincinnati Ohio,,ps I’ve left messages after message for the to contact me ,,,,,they ignored it I guess

It was fairly easy to order and it came in very quickly but I inputted my dishwasher unit number to see if the control panel will work with that dishwasher and it said that it was compatible, however I received the part and it is clearly not compatible with my dishwasher without me trying to install it. I will be returning the part.

Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered a part... lost in transit...they have two tracking numbers... one with DHL and one with USPS... neither could be tracked nor found. To me to try and track it down with the companies. Told me was being shipped today... oh wait it was shipped already.
