Found the parts I needed at a reasonable price, delivery time was not long, and company emailed throughout the process with order confirmation, shipment confirmation, and delivery confirmation.

I received my product in a timely fashion but I haven't installed it yet!

UPDATE: I emailed directly instead of through their website and got a reply that the part is on backorder. Still frustrated that they listed it as in-stock on the website and did not contact me proactively to tell me it's going to be shipped at some indetermined time. However, at least I got a reply this time. I ordered a part two and a half weeks ago and have not received it. I'd be OK with that if I could get some communication from the company, but I can't get anyone to respond to my website messages. I also was never emailed a receipt, but had the forethought to PDF the web page after my purchase. Without that I'd have nothing.
