They sent out a defective washing machine motor. Despite obtaining a return authorization and spending 50.00 on shipping no refund. they do not respond to email or phone calls

A Very Bad Experience! They did not package my appliance part properly and it was destroyed in shipping. They won't respond to emails, or phone calls. They also filed a claim with FedEx and yet will not send me a refund. Very unprofessional!

I received my order and put it in my oven and it works great.

Just received my package and the part is broke. May have been broke by delivery person, may not be company fault.

I ordered a dryer timer, this was the cheapest place I could find online. I got worried after I read the Google reviews, however my part shipped out on Monday, I ordered it late Sunday night. I will say that the shipping was slow but it isn't their fault. I didn't pay for express shipping and it went half thru DHL and the last half was USPS and the mail is just slow so it isn't their fault. My part was easy to install and fixed my dryer took about 30 seconds if that to install. I didn't have any problems with my order.

I feel like the part did not arrive as fast as it should. If this occurred because of the delivery service, then obviously it is no fault of your website. It is the holiday season, after all.
