I ordered my oven bottom March 24, 2022 I received it April 6, I was told it would take 2-9 days to deliver I'm happy it's the right part. The only problem I have I don't know what tool I need to remove the screws.

Delivery was timely, the price was great, and the part fit perfectly.

Place an order in january 2021 for a replacement drawer for my frigidaire. After no shipping by september 2021, I contacted the company and canceled the order on 9/28/2021. I was told that a refund check would have to be mailed to me. It is now 4/5/2022, and after many many attempts to contact the company, and being told that a check would be mailed to me....i still do not have resolution to this. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

I got this almost a month after ordering. All I got was excuses on why it wasn't shipped. The item was also not as pictured.

The part arrived but does not fit in the range. The prongs are horizontal and the receptacle takes vertical. I am a homeowner and not an electrician so I am returning the part.

Best price I could find anywhere. Good information on the part and the fact that it was the same part number as a Whirlpool model number. Very helpful. I chose to upgrade shipping and the part was at the house in 2 days via FedEx. Great online supplier.
