I ordered a replacement lid, hinge and washer for my washer. After 10 days I received the lid, then 3 day later 2 hinges. I understand mistakes. I have made several attempts to contact them with no response to my calls or emails. I guess it is to the point of contacting my bank to refute the charges.

The icemaker arrived with no instructions or receipt. I googled how to remove panels and plug it in but it does not work at all. I am looking to return it and buy one from Samsung that works.

I ordered a part, they sent wrong part. I shipped part back and still have not received my refund. I have called multiple times, sent multiple emails, no response. I will file a complaint with paypal and with BBB see if that helps me get my refund.

Item ordered arrived a month late and broken. There was virtually no packing material around item other than the box it came in & was delivered by FedEx. They will not respond to phone calls or emails. If they are legitimate, they won't be in business long, especially if people speak up. If they aren't legitimate, well welcome to an "buyer-be-ware" country.

On time delivery and works perfectly.
