Appliance Parts 365Reviews of applianceparts365.com

Fast delivery and correct listing. Im very satisfied.

Stay away, as others said, this is a scam organization. I ordered and ultimately received a purported new keypad for my high-end range. It went bad in 6 weeks. They agreed it was under warranty, showed inventory on their website then after weeks told me they are out of stock and the manufacturer doesn't know when it will be in. They admitted their website inventory is wrong. I agreed to cancel the replacement after 2 months. I moved the process to work directly with the manufacturer. Appliance 365 refunds manager agreed to refund the $760 via email but now it's been weeks since they responded. I have left multiple emails, VM's, etc. Zero response, no one picks up the phone. I have tried calling on a different phone number. They take your CC but will not refund your money. Stay away, go to a reputable appliance parts house.
