Just an update. A live person finally contacted me and told me that the part was back-ordered. So I'll give them 2 stars rather than 1. I am so disappointed that we ordered a dishwasher part and have not received it! I am not feeling good about this order as we can't reach a live person. I should have checked out the reviews first!!!!

Ordered an appliance part in September 2021 for about $380. Applianceparts 365 was never able to provide. That was understandable. On 18 March 2021 I was told that the order had been cancelled and a refund check would be issued. Despite filing inquiries, we still have received no refund or responses to our inquiries.

This site is a scam, I don't trust the reviews that claim the company is anything else but a scam, the better business complaints have the same issue, they simply won't return my funds. An email confirmation of the canceled transaction was sent the same day as the transaction which they claim to have refunded my money but they never did.

Id leave zero stars if I could. This company is scamming people. I never received my order and they wont refund my money.

The part is exactly like the original. It was pretty easy to install. Just like new now.

Easy shopping at your website. Easy ordering and the shipment came right on time. Items arrived in good condition and I expect they will work when installed.

As I explained in the email, I received it yesterday and it was broken. Did you not receive the picture with the email?
