Pc is great but took well over the estimated time.

It did take a while to receive my PC. I ordered it on December 23rd, which I can accept. There were holidays involved, and it is now February 21st. It was good that they double-boxed the PC, but it was only taped on the outside box layer, not the inside box layer, so things did move around—cables and such. Nothing was damaged. I got the PC out of the box, did my inspection to make sure there was no damage, and there was none. I am very satisfied with how the PC looks. Customer service was very responsive, answering all my questions and concerns. They kept me updated on the whole process of the PC being made, and I would buy another pre-built PC from Apex. The only reason I am giving this review four stars is the time it took and the boxing. The boxing could be better, but that is just my experience. I have seen other people who did not have this issue, but I would still highly recommend Apex.

I received my pc but the gpu didn’t work and now is back in repair. Also the ship date was way longer than expected but I did understand since the gpu was back ordered.

Very good customer service, and experience. The only problem I had was my computer arrived, and did not work. I can’t really blame the company for that, because it was a brand new GPU that came out at the beginning of the year. The GPU was causing the screen to go black. After that the computer would crash and restart after 10-15 minutes of game time.

Like it so far I am really enjoying my pc so far. I have no complaints and it works great for what I am using it for. I have only had it for about a month so I will have to track how well it works beyond just a month
