Shipping took a minute due to some product needed to be ordered. One meh thing ill mention about the shipping is that if you buy more than a pc tower be prepared to have two shipments. I had some hiccups with my purchase/pc, but most of them were resolved with haste. They even helped with things that were simple issues and was not "on" apex to fix. I had little knowledge about pc's when I first got my pc and apex customer service was VERY helpful. I am over all very happy with my pc and the service apex had provided <3

This is my first gaming PC, and I have been very pleased! I would like to give a shout-out to the customer service department because they were super helpful! Shortly after my PC arrived I thought there was an issue. Whenever I emailed tech support, they always responded within 24 hours. Then, when I had to call, Tim stayed on the phone with me for over an hour. He even said he was missing a meeting so that he could find the issue for me. In the end, it was a Windows issue and there was nothing at all wrong with my PC. But, I never would have been able to figure it out without his help. I'm happy to recommend Apex to anyone looking for a new gaming PC!

Good group of people who actually care about the product they are putting out, Brandon was awesome talking to, he cares about the customer and wants to make sure they are getting the best from the company that they can. I would definitely get another pc from these guys again in the future.

The build took longer than expected but it was well packed. We continue to be excited about our new device. Brian, Briar, Tyler and Vince were super knowledgeable.

Delivery was earlier than expected. There have been no issues with this PC.

Experience was alright. It would be mich better if wasn't force to have a phone call about pc but could do over email. Unboxing video wasn't that helpful. Also no instructions with it to do lights or list of locations to do driver updates when the pc bsod several times. If I could of done it over, would of built my own but I am liking the computer. Date of experience is since I have gotten it.

The order was completed in a timely manner and communication was easy and readily available.

The pc is amazing, however, for seemingly no reason at all, every few hours the pc restarts itself and I have yet to find a solution, however, besides that, the pc is wonderful and works very well and is able to run stable, however that 1 issue is what is stopping me from giving 5 stars
