Great in general. It can power everything I need while camping. 2 minor improvement suggestions: 1. Add ability to turn off the power station via the app. 2. Can you make the power station accept incoming connections via both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth at the same time? I.e. if I don't have the starlink active and thus I have no Wi-Fi, I want to use Bluetooth for controlling the station. But if I have Wi-Fi and I'm away, it'd be great to control it remotely via the internet.

Titel: Defekt anerkannt – Lösung für den Kunden nicht praktikabel Ich habe eine Anker SOLIX Solarbank 3 E2700 Pro (Speicher mit integriertem Wechselrichter) erhalten, die bereits bei Inbetriebnahme Probleme aufwies. Der Defekt wurde vom Support grundsätzlich anerkannt (Ticket ANKER-TNY6908324315). Dennoch wurde mir ausschließlich ein Ablauf angeboten, bei dem ich das defekte Gerät zunächst zurücksenden muss, bevor ein Ersatzgerät bereitgestellt wird. Auch auf wiederholte Nachfrage wurde an diesem Vorgehen festgehalten. In meinem Fall hätte das bedeutet, dass meine Anlage für die gesamte Abwicklungszeit nicht nutzbar ist. Eine alternative Lösung, die den Betrieb der Anlage währenddessen ermöglicht hätte, wurde mir nicht angeboten. Die Kommunikation verlief überwiegend über standardisierte Antworten, die nur begrenzt auf die konkrete Situation eingegangen sind. Die Lösung des Problems erfolgte letztlich über den Händler, bei dem ich das Produkt erworben habe, und wurde dort kurzfristig umgesetzt. Aus meiner persönlichen Sicht entspricht dieser Ablauf nicht dem, was ich unter einer kundenorientierten Lösung verstehe. Aus diesem Grund werde ich zukünftig keine weiteren Produkte von Anker SOLIX erwerben.

Greetings Anker Team, I recently purchased a PowerDock and 3 batteries. After making the purchase, I realized I should have purchased the PowerDock along with 4 batteries to qualify for the 5th battery free promotion. I reached out to Anker Support to ask this question: If I purchased the 4th battery and my total purchase came to greater than $12K, would you send me the 5th battery as part of the promotion. After a couple of email correspondences with your team, the 5th battery promotion was honored and I received the battery at no extra charge. I big thank you to Anker for honoring my request. Not sure many companies would have done the same.

Great for portable power solutions, particularly electric, fair pricing too would recommend for phone chargers as well as larger electric portable generators.
