So far so good. Purchase process was easy. Set up and use has been easy. Haven't needed it yet, so can't comment on how long the battery lasts

The website made it easy to decide which product I wanted to buy. The product came as advertised and is a great quality. It came during the time that was promised and three days after it was delivered it was needed for a power outage. It worked fantastic.

Bought the cable to connect my second f3800 to my home power panel, but it is not currently working correctly. I do have a support ticket in but it has yet to be resolved.

Great item! This was our first experience with a solar power station. Really impressed!

My purchasing experience with Anker exceeded my expectations. I originally had a billing issue with a third party and Anker worked with me to get it resolved. As for the Anker Solix with solar panel, it's fantastic and much lower cost with higher efficiency than other manufacturers.

We bought this power station as back up power for RVing. So far we have only tested it at home, but it works great and the app and UI are excellent. It charged very quickly and is holding its charge well. Plus the handles make it easy to move and carry it. We are excited to try it out with our new fifth wheel camper soon.
