I only wish I had purchased the Anker SOLIX F3800 Plus sooner. It has been an absolute lifesaver for keeping crucial appliances running during home power outages and powering equipment on the go for our mobile business. The dual 120V/240V output handles heavy loads effortlessly without missing a beat. If you are on the fence about upgrading your generator setup, this unit is well worth the investment.

Ich habe eine Anker SOLIX Solarbank 4 Pro inklusive Installationsservice bestellt, weil Installation und Inbetriebnahme ausdrücklich Bestandteil des Services waren. Die Anlage ist inzwischen seit rund einem Monat montiert. Der Wieland-Anschluss, die vollständige Inbetriebnahme und die Anmeldung fehlen jedoch weiterhin – einen verbindlichen Termin gibt es bis heute nicht. Die auf der Website vermittelte einfache Installation trifft auf meinen Fall leider nicht zu. Stattdessen gibt es viel Klärungsbedarf zwischen Anker und dem Installationspartner. Zunächst wurde auf fehlende Installationspartner verwiesen, später fälschlicherweise auf eine angeblich gewünschte Wallbox. Aktuell soll die benötigte Leitungslänge von etwa 20 Metern eine erneute Vor-Ort-Bewertung erforderlich machen. Anker hat mir mehrfach bestätigt, dass die Solaranlage Priorität hat und die Wallbox keine Verzögerung verursachen soll. Trotzdem ist die Installation weiterhin nicht abgeschlossen. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass die Anlage ohne die noch fehlende Elektroinstallation nicht vollständig genutzt werden kann und damit auch nicht das leisten kann, was ich mir von ihr versprochen habe. Ich hoffe weiterhin auf eine schnelle Lösung. Die bisherige Dauer und der erhebliche Abstimmungsaufwand sind bei einem mitgekauften Installationsservice allerdings sehr enttäuschend.

Just took my Anker solix c2000 gen2 camping trip to the lake. And it was a hit with the family. Kids were able to charge sll their devices handhelds and other small electronics. Was able to handle 3 Queen size air mattresses, electric kettle, headlamps, lanterns, and Bluetooth speaker for 4 days of dry camping. 🏕️ No real complaints, handled everything we threw at it. Only thing I wish was a thing is a dust cover

Excellent product that works as advertised. It’s very nice to be able to just connect a solar panel and not have to worry about a charge controller. It uses about 16 to 18% of capacity to run my CPAP machine with Heated and humidified air at high pressure. Turning those off should allow one week of operation on a single charge. Also very reassuring is the 10 ms switch from grid pass-through power to battery power in the event of a grid power outage. seems to be a very well-made product at a fair price. Well it’s not an easily portable device, it is not so heavy that it cannot be moved around if necessary.

This UPS will provide exactly what is needed to keep my fish aquariums (4) up and running when we next lose power. No more frantic racing around in the dark, hooking up temporary back up batteries and no more reverse engineering the temporary back up batteries and restarting various canister filters when the power comes back on. I’ve spent a small fortune on my fish keeping hobby and the addition of this UPS provides reassurance that it will be protected during an emergency. There hasn’t been a power failure yet to actually test it so I will follow up with another review when that happens. Pre-purchase, customer service responded quickly to my questions and answered them intelligently. Post-purchase, delivery was quick and I received notifications throughout, very well-done! I highly recommend Anker SOLIX and the UPS product I purchased.
