Delivery to my apartment door had no issues. Both products were well packaged and protected. The battery and inverter work great. And it works with third party solar panels, the Anker solar panels are way too expensive.

Each person I have spoken with has been amazing! They have been so patient and kind...especially with me as I do not have a clue what I am doing. It takes a very special person to make someone feel comfortable enough to ask questions about products they are ignorant about. I am learning though and was nervous about all of this until I spoke to the men that I have. Thank you for having the excellent staff that you do. And thank you also for having real people to talk to and not just AI.

Your product is great but the delivery was a nightmare. FedEx delivered to the wrong address, a different one than that on the package. It took almost a week working with them and I even told them where it was, a mailroom at another complex I did not have access to. In the end they said they could not find it and to contact you for resolution. I finally contacted the mail room and they let me come over to get it. I also missed when I needed it for a camping trip.

Quality products and great customer service.... for several purchases the items were delivered the very next day.
