Very cute earrings, to choose from and the shipping is so great. I really love shopping from the shop

I recently placed an order close to $1k. In the past I had placed smaller orders which were received quickly, (within 3 days typically, which for being in Canada, was super fast), I noticed this time the order took more than twice as long (almost 2 weeks). Not the biggest deal, but the worst part and why I will not be ordering from them again, is that when my ordered finally arrived, it wasn't even my order at all!!! I literally received the wrong order. I ordered a total of 10 pieces of jewelry (I got a little carried away by their sale :)). What I received were 2 pieces I didn't order or want (nothing of my order was received)! To make matters even worse, I tried getting in touch with them the day the wrong order was received to at least try to get it resolved before my items sold out. For 5 days all of my emails were ignored. I tried calling the one phone number I found listed. I received an automated message each and every time that the customer I was trying to reach was not available. This is a business, is it not?! Finally I was able to get hold of someone myself thru the chat feature. They did issue a refund but what I wanted was the product (which I'm told they couldn't resend since it was an international order - sounds bogus). I even was getting a 2nd ear piercing for one of the items ordered (which a deposit was required for). The whole thing has been annoying albeit first world problems. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from them anymore. Bummer

I contacted customer service to let them know a bracelet I ordered showed a slight tarnish. They responded quickly. They are sending a replacement bracelet with no questions asked. I want to say I have several bracelets and earrings from Ana Luisa. I haven’t experienced any issues with these lovely pieces. I highly recommend this company for standing behind its unique jewelry. I was so impressed I placed another order yesterday.

Ana Luisa is one of the better merchants selling jewelry online. The staff is helpful, quick to respond and fair. They really go the extra mile and I as a consumer appreciate this. I bought several pieces lately during their March sale and am definitely pleased with my purchase experience. I highly recommend this company. Useless Delivery and tracking! It has been almost two weeks since got email saying it has been posted and still haven't received it , For the price would of though would have it within a week max and tracking doesn't give any useful information either

Just ordered a pair of earrings, after wanting them for ages. They were a bit expensive but definitely worth the price and I got them within in 1-2 days. The hoop are bigger than I expected, which I'm a bit sad about. I wish the hoop were smaller, because the pendant makes them heavy and make them look bigger but otherwise I like them. It’s definitely not the last time, I shop there!!

I had already spent over £90 on jewellery from here before seeing all the bad reviews. The jewellery took a while to come which prompted me to take a look at reviews. It came shortly after and I was pleasantly surprised, the packaging was cute and the jewellery was gorgeous. I've been wearing it since which is about a month now, I haven't even taken it off to Bath and its all still as good as new. I'm really pleased and will defo order again 😊

I'm very happy with the Talisman Huggie Hoops Cruz from Ana Luisa. Received great customer service, love my earrings and fast delivery. I was actually quite surprised with the fast delivery, impressed!
