Bought a gift for Christmas and it got lost in transit and wasn't going to arrive for the holiday. I contacted Customer Service and they got right back to me and overnighted a new order to Canada that got here in time for Christmas. Eventually, the "lost" order finally arrived and they sent me a free return label. Excellent customer service.

They charged with a HORRIBLE currency rate if you ordered internationally, and you will be forced to pay in the foreign currency too. Customer service is useless.

I posted two reviews on their website - one positive and one negative. Guess which one was published... The negative review was for a pair of mini hana (they're just too small to fit). Beware if an item has few reviews - it means the rest are negative. I was also contacted by customs before receiving the items. I had to sign a declaration regarding the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora. (I'm based in Europe) Edit after reply: I'm sorry, but I just checked your website and my negative review is still nowhere to be seen. Reviews make up for the fact that we can't see the product in person - if I can't trust your reviews, I have no way of knowing if I'm spending my money wisely.
