Very bad quality product. I bought a bracelet and it broke very soon. Also the gold disappeared from the surface of a lot of beads. I definitely advise against buying from Ana Luisa, it’s a fraud.

Des bijoux "carbon free" "climate neutral" qui sont fait en chine, puis envoyés des États Unis à la France, merci le green washing. Des frais de douanes de 28 euros a l'arrivée... ils effacent les commentaires negatifs sur Instagram... Ils ont bien bossé leur marketing, très mal leurs bijoux.

Ils sont très à l'écoute du client, j'ai eu des frais de douane, ils ont réglés le problème, je n'ai rien eu à payer pour les frais de douanes!!! Ensuite, j'ai malheureusement eu un problème sur un bijou, et bien ils m'ont renvoyé la paire de boucles d'oreilles! Je n'ai rien eu à payer. Cette entreprise est incroyable, les personnes qui y travaillent sont géniaux!

Frais de douane de 44e en supplément surprise. Ca revient très chère l’expérience. J’espère que au moins les bijoux seront de qualité. Je ne recommande pas du tout. Autant acheter chez dans une bijouterie européenne.

Extremely underwhelming. Gives cheap vibes when receiving item. Packaging is cheap quality as well. Over charges for all items. I paid 12$ for a cardboard box with a ribbon that I have to tie myself. The card came with text the wrong way around and the sticker scrunched up- overall very trash appearance. Box is also way to big for the ordered item. which was an earring that turned out not to even be the size of my pinky nail. I would return if it wasn't due to their long process that could take up to 30 days... definitely not ordering again.
