SAV inexistant. Commandé pour une livraison avant Noël depuis 10 jours aucun envoi de leur part et surtout aucune réponse. Passez votre chemin,ils sont incompétents, faites comme moi et ne commandez plus que sur des concurrents plus professionnels genre Aglaia

Je commande quasiment tous mes bijoux chez Ana Luisa depuis plusieurs années, je viens d’ailleurs de recevoir une nouvelle commande, et je suis très surprise de lire certains avis. Je n’ai jamais été déçue par un seul modèle (esthétique soignée, les bijoux ne ternissent pas au fil du temps même portés sous la douche), ni n’ai payé de frais de douanes, et ce malgré de nombreuses commandes. Comme je commande toujours pendant les soldes, je trouve le rapport qualité /prix tout à fait correct. Alors après j’ai peut être eu de la chance.. mais je voulais apporter un peu de nuance aux récents commentaires.

Went to order a necklace. Put in all of my information for payment and shipping and hit order, just to see that at some point during the ordering process they had stuck a 'mystery bundle' in my order. I never selected to have this included and they somehow added it without me noticing... First thing when customer service was available in the morning I jump on to have them remove this from the order, but they won't change the order at this point because apparently they 'work so quickly to fulfill orders that they can't make any changes after you have submitted it'. So ridiculous. Clearly some cheap scheme to get people to spend more money without them noticing. Now have to go through the hassle of returning the mystery bundle to these scumb-bags. Update: Now trying to return the item and it says that it is a 'final sale item' and therefore is not eligible for return. Unbelievable.

I got a necklace and a pair of earrings from them. Nothing wrong with the earrings, but the necklace is disgusting. I got to wear it for less then two months when I started to notice the skin of my neck getting green and gray. It tarnished almost immediately so I'd say it isn't worth the money. It's the same you buy for two dollars and wear three times. I'd like to add they have a terrible customer service. I tried multiple times to get in contact with them since they promise a two year warranty on their products. Tried once and they disappeared. I've tried another time and they don't answer. Oh and my warranty is over. So now I have to look at this thing knowing I wasted good money for it. Also, nobody has contacted me yet.

J'ai commandée une bague reçu 2 bague exactement pareil on me l'a chargé 2 fois mais une seule commande je ne peux retourner les bague qui sont trop petite j'ai dépensé plus de 200$ très très déçu de plus la qualitée ne vaut pas le prix

Alors après un long mois d’attente du colis ,j’ai été très déçue ! - la qualité des bijoux est vraiment médiocre,finitions et surtout ce n’est pas de l’acier plein ,en tout cas pour le fameux bracelet (Watch strap) très demandé. - déception également quand je vois Made in china ,pour le prix sérieux c’est pas justifié ! Aussi j’ai retrouvé les mêmes bijoux sur Ali Express pour 80% moins cher et c’est exactement les mêmes,juste sans la marque ana Luisa gravée. J’aurais du regarder les avis AVANT d’acheter !

The packaging was wonderful that the jewelry came in and all the pieces were in excellent condition! i would 100% recommend and the price is totally worth it.
