Hi Karine, We're so sorry to hear about your experience with our jewelry! We understand how frustrating this must be for you. Please know that this is not the quality of the piece we want you to experience. While it's quite an unsettling experience to see your skin discolored, it can happen due to a few reasons. One of them being certain lotions or oils contain strong chemical compounds that wear off particles in the jewelry and it can rub off onto your skin while showering. As you mentioned, our pieces are meant to be water resistant, but once its exposed to moisture, it can go through an oxidation process. We do however, cover this under our 2-Year-Warranty.
