I am extremely upset about my whole purchase. I had nothing but a bad experience from the start with your company. Your Website is very misleading. You’re clearly stated in large vibrant colours that “you received a 100% refund”. This is not the case. I am very upset about this and I will be writing a bad review. I wish to never purchase or recommend your company to anyone.

I was a happy customer of Ana Luisa for several purchases, however the latest experience left me highly disappointed. I made a purchase on 1 Jan 2024 for 3 pairs of earrings. I found that the quality of one of them was quite poor and the clasps did not work well so I decided to return it. I mailed the return on 21 Jan 2024 and the DHL receipt shows that it arrived at the Ana Luisa warehouse on 24 Jan 2024. I emailed Ana Luisa on 9 Feb 2024 with the DHL receipt to enquire on the status of my refund. I followed up again on 16 Feb 2024. There have been no replies to both emails until now (22 Feb 2024) I have also tried to message them on Instagram and Facebook but received no replies either. I always loved Ana Luisa products in the past but will not revisit again after this experience. UPDATE: Ana Luisa has reached out and the refund was processed on 23 Feb 2024. Thanks for the prompt rectification.

I have placed several orders over the past few years and have never had an issue with any of their pieces until recently. The necklace got snagged on my sweater and the chain snapped. I reached out to see if they could replace the chain, and while they could not do that, they were able to replace my item because it was under its 2 year warranty. I wasn't even aware they had this. Kylie was the representative I spoke with and she was kind and professional. Ana Luisa was already my favorite jewelry brand before this encounter, but the way it was handled made me even more loyal. Their necklaces and earrings are such good quality and I can always tell when I am not wearing one of their pieces. Highly Recommend

Salve, ho acquistato questi orecchini 2 anni fà, sempre stata attenta ma togliendoli per pulirli ho riscontrato che gli orecchini si sono completamente ossidati. Mi chiedo: perché si ossidano se c’è scritto oro 14 k su ottone? Delusissima.

Both purchases worth 799$ USD have broken with less than 20 wears each. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Products look cute but are made VERY cheap for the price.

I received today and I am very disappointed in the quality for the price. Very flimsy. The post bent when putting the back on the earring!! $55 down the drain. I won't bother to return due to previous reviews on having to pay for returns and no responses to the fake 2 year warranty. Influencers stop promoting them, please! Update: They say someone will contact you to "make it right" no one contacts you. UPDATE: I was surprised a couple of days ago to see a full refund issued to my bank account. Thank you for making it right.

J'ai passé une commande debut décembre 23, 2 bijoux bouclés d d'oreilles. Bijoux non reçus à ce jour et toujours marqués en transit sur le site...puis il y a 2 ou 3 jours marqués non réclamés et retour à l'envoyeur alors que pas de notification que le colis est arrivé. J'ai écrit que le site ana luisa et à ce jour aucune réponse du service client! Ce n'est pas très professionnel de leur part! Peut-être faut-il écrire à une autre adresse mais pas vraiment de renseignements concernant les réclamations pour service après-vente! Manque de professionnalisme... Vraiment déçue. Mais je ne lâcherai rien!

I didn’t have high expectations for my order since ana luisa seemed like a very “instagrammy” brand and not the highest quality… so happy to have been proven wrong! i wear one of the necklaces i bought nearly a year ago almost every day and sleep in it, shower with it, etc. and it still looks brand new! highly impressed and would order more knowing this
