Although I received my batteries with no problem, it's now been a week since I requested service and I haven't heard anything from them.

Great materials and equipment! THE WORST instructions ever!!! I truly believe the engineering and workmanship of this product is nothing less than excellent but the installation instructions suck!!!! If you are looking for an excellent solution to get someone from one floor to another, this is it but good luck with installation.

Discouraged
We had a issue with the Stair Lift and I called and called and called for support and no one called us back. We did not even have your Stair Lift for 6 months and we had an issue, which we can understand that things do happen, we just wish that someone called back. We had to hire someone to come to our home who did not know your product and could not do anything to help, but charge us a service fee. We finally had a friend look at it for us and was able to resolve our issue. However, this is unacceptable. We paid for the Stair Lift up front and when it was delivered February 2020, the installation person had the flu and could not install it. Finally after 3 more weeks, some one told us that a company from a different state would come to our house and install the Stair Lift. They were here from 9 AM to 6:30 PM because the shipment from your company was missing parts. We checked the Better Business Bureau in Connecticut and they rated AmeriGlide as being a great company. We wish this was the case.

Sean was the picture of patience! It took me one year due the contractors letting me down to have my Units installed. Ordered and not paid by contractors 2 times and finally the third times the charm they are in! Praise God. Joe the installer was efficient and pleasant and both stair lifts were installed in no time.

This has been a good experience. I dealt with Kevin Reese and he was very good to deal with. The lifts came in without the keylocks installed. Kevin refunded the money immediately as soon as I told him about it. The installer was good and explained the operation of the lifts to me,
