The ordering experience was fine, but when the unit came in and was set-up if squeaked and vibrated and I have been unable to get anyone to service it. I called the sales desk multiple times to request assistance and was promised a call back which never came. Before you order, please verify that service is available in your area. Other dealers do not want to service Ameriglide products in my area.

The product's function works great, however there are some troubling aspects I am discovering now that I own the product. First, the product did not come with an installation guide, which for a self-installed product was unacceptable. From an installation video I found after a determined search online, I was able to, with great difficulty, install the product. During this time I called technical support for help, however after one week, I have still not had a response. This is also unacceptable. During the install, it was discovered that two handles were defective. The left swivel handlebar was cracked and footrest control broke off on first use. These must have been damaged in handling. I called and left a voice message for support and after a week, I am still waiting for a call back.

Started out good. I had a 1:45 appointment with Matt. At 2:15 I called and he said he was going to call me, he had car trouble. Bad customer service. If customer service is lacking, wonder about your service :(

The company is very fast in wanting a review but the items are not here yet. I was told the items are in stock, would be prepared, packaged, and shipped on the next business day. When not shipped after 2 business days, I called and was told they were going out that day (third business day). I contacted them on business day 3 by email - no response received. In fact, 2 of the 3 packages were shipped on business day 4. I understand delays and backlogs but they should not promise what they knowingly cannot deliver. Not answering status requests is also something that is inexcusable. I hope the product quality for which I cannot at this time address as the items are not received is far better than their promised deliveries and failure to answer. Also they processed my credit card when ordered when shipment was days later; legally you cannot charge the credit card until item was shipped. They have a lot of administrative issues to address.

Sales and installation were quick and responsive, but everything after that has been like pulling teeth. Installed at beginning of Oct, broke down mid month and Ameriglide will not answer their phone nor return messages. Only the installer would take our calls and managed to order a replacement chassis that would take "2 days to 2 weeks" as of 3 weeks ago. Terrible experience, would not recommend to my worst enemy Update: after another month or so, we finally got a hold of someone at Ameriglide who got the new parts ordered (the order placed by our installer didn't take?) and delivered, and our installer got the lift fixed. Added a star for that, but still not a shining experience.

Not real good about being prompt with call backs or orders. Tech department never got back to me on a failed limit switch that was still under warranty. Lift is now 2 1/2 years old and still no contact. This is just a few of the issues I have personally experienced with this particular company. I'm just not impressed at all. I've been doing lifts for 30+ years, 39 years in construction. As far as the equipment, the units work as they should except for the limit switch issue.

We spent over $11,000 on a lift from Ameriglide. When it arrived several parts were missing, so we tried to contact the sales person, Michael. After several attempts, my husband talked to him and he said he'd have a technical service representative call us within 20 minutes. This never happened. We were totally ignored, which is frustrating. Also, there are no clear assembly instructions included, which leaves a lot of guessing during assembly. Several steps had to be corrected. Overall, we are very unhappy with the service we rec'd after the lift arrived on site. I would not recommend Ameriglide to anyone else.
