So far every thing about the purchase & delivery of this lift chair is great! Salesperson Kelly was friendly & professional. The delivery company was the best I have ever worked with. The driver was just what we needed to get this chair in the house & up & running for my 93 year old Mom. I can't say enough about his caring attitude & willingness to help. My Mom is getting acclimated to her new chair. So far... it works great & she loves it!

The sales rep, Roger, was excellent. He went through everything with me and was very thorough and answered all of my questions. The delivery was quicker than expected. However, there have been 3 big boxes sitting in my sunroom, as I'm having trouble getting in touch with someone to schedule the installation. I thought someone was going to call me, so I didn't call right away. I called the number Roger had given me and left a message yesterday morning. I did not receive a call back. I tried again this morning and again, it went to voicemail. I will post another review when there is an update.
