I CHECKED THE WEBSITES FOR THE BEST RATED REASONABLE PRICED STAIRLIFT AND THE AMERIGLIDE SEEMED THE BEST. I CALLED AND THEY ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS, I ORDERED ONE AS THEY EXPLAINED HOW TO INSTALL THE RAIL FOR A DOOR AT THE TOP OF THE STAIRCASE. ALL I HAD TO DO IS GIVE THEM THE MEASUREMENTS AND THEY CUT THE RAIL AND SENT IT OUT! ALSO THERE WASN'T ANY HIDDEN CHARGES AS SOME COMPANY LIKE EXTRA FOR THE RAIL IF IT WAS OVER 8 FOOT. THE SALESMAN BEING AN INSTALLER IN THE PAST WAS VERY HELPFUL. PERHAPS IN A FEW YEARS WE WILL RIDE IT UP AND DOWN!

Great stair lift. Packed in three, well packaged boxes, shipped quickly and arrived promptly in good shape. The lift was not difficult to install, even for a 70 year old woman, though not quite as easy as the video makes it look. Quality and function are excellent. We are very happy with the purchase.

I have not tried to install this yet. But the purchase transaction went perfect. Justin was very helpful always responded to my emails. Product arrived in time frame that was quoted.

You sent 1 stupid package from Fed Ex of all people and they said they brought the package to my house and I have a ring camera and Fed Ex did not come and I have to drive 45 miles to get it or Fed Ex will send it due to needing a signature. It's not like anybody could use the parts. No, I will never order anything from them again!

I just ordered the AmeriGlide-Rave 2 stair lift for my 80 year old mom. Dane Siler was extremely helpful. He was so patience and understanding of our situation. He went above and beyond to informed us about getting the doctor prescription so we would not have to pay the tax which is a huge help to us. Thank you so much AmeriGlide for hiring such wonderful employee like Dane Siler (sale person # 0136). We look forward to getting our chair lift soon.

I called to inquire about getting a new chair for my husband who has ALS. I said we had been using a Golden chair but the cushions were failing. We needed a chair that would allow for multiple adjustments to make sure he could sit comfortably. The sales person said he has a great chair better than the Golden from Pride. It would allow movement of all parts and allow for a comfortable sitting position at any point. When the chair arrived, we found that the recline would continue past the point we wanted every time. I called Amerglide who said I had to call the Pride chair tech support. They sent a technician who came out a month later. The technician, a great and helpful guy, called the company and said yes, the motor stops 30 seconds after release. That is the way it is designed. That being, the chair I requested that could be put in best position for my husband's comfort is not the Pride chair. When I called to get it returned, the sales person said he sold me a working chair and that I had to pay the shipping, new box, and 15% restocking fee. I told him yes, he sold a working chair, but not the chair I requested and the fault lies with him. He did not agree so I have either to pay over $400 to return or keep a chair that will not work for my husband. NOT VERY HELPFUL. I will never buy from Ameriglide again and I buy a new recliner every year because the cushions do not hold up. On top of that, I have not received the emails from him he says he has sent. I have received emails from other parts of the company, such as shipping and billing, but not from him.
