I bought the Platinum Curve for my 96 year old mother! After seat malfunctioned I called them for service! They directed me to their service arm “Delstal”, who gave me nothing but promises and after 3 months, my 96 year old mother still has not gotten her seat serviced! These people sell but do not service their products! For the sake of your aging parents/relatives, stay away from these people! They’re liars and con people! I would not wish them on my worst enemies! Buy from anyone but them!

Kelly explained things well and went above and beyond in getting the stair lift into my home. My mom and my family's life just got a lot easier.

My wife and her siblings were researching a lift chair for her 91 yr old mother, who still lives at home independently. I came across the AmeriGlide website and setup a Saturday appointment to have my mother-in-law look at the variety of lift chairs in their showroom. The sales associate, Austin, was attentive and informative, as he was questioned about each chair and its pros and cons. We purchased on the visit and the lift/recliner chair was delivered to my mother-in-law's home on the following Tuesday, as promised. Most appreciative for Austin and his assistance, as is my wife, her siblings, and my mother-in-law.

I asked for a Rep from your company to come and give me a quote as to the cost of a chair lift. i was told that person would come on Monday. Which a person did come. HOWEVER it was NOT a Rep. but an INSTALLER??? He was unable to give me any information of cost. And I paid $150 for this???? Obviously I was not pleased and would not recommend your company.

My salesperson was the best!! Knowledgeable, quick with responses to all my questions and very easy to talk with. The package arrived as expected and delivery was great.
