This company advertises that they specialize in military moves, respecting the timelines, restrictions, and unique aspects of military requirements. I had to explain the entire process to my original coordinator, and throughout the move, explain almost everything as if they’ve never done a military move before. Not only did they not follow my requests, but they also did not adhere to any of the protocol that they advertised or claimed to follow. On the day of pick up, my quote increased by over $3000. Money that military members cannot spare today. I would not recommend this company for military moves because I felt disrespected, and instead of working with me to reconcile, they said the issues that arose were not their fault, but mine.

The whole move from start to finish was very well managed and I had little, to no stress. The overall coordination and communication end to end was really good! The driver was courteous and very careful, as well as being friendly. Overall such a good experience that I recommended AVL to my daughter for her big move!

Establishing communication with a specific phone number and contact should be first. Calling the advertised contact number results is not advised. Main contacts were a bit confusing as they changed throughout move. Overall communications and movers were professional amd always helpful. Movers were especially helpful and friendly, courteous and breakage was kept to a minimum and I packed but they provided extra care in moving everything. My first move to another state and I would recommend this company.
