Estimator was off on a couple things - items not included, incorrect info to driver because shuttle needed to get things from our narrow street to bigger truck for interstate move. Rest was wonderful. Tia as our move coordinator was excellent & responsive & timely. Radu - driver & mover also excellent. Never seen such a hard worker. Initially only had 1 helper to pack up resulting in a 12 hour day. Wonderful packing, great on piano, & things arrived in good condition. Amazing.

Tia Singletary was great. She kept in contact with me, is very friendly and personable. Tia was upfront on all parts of the move. I appreciated the. Kyle was also great. He went above and beyond getting my items into my new home. It was raining the whole time during delivery. Kyle never stopped and always had a smile. Kyle was also extremely organized with his paperwork.

Had a great experience with my move. Guys were prompt and ready to go. Smoothest move I've ever had. Guys were friendly, helpful, and good at what they do. I'll be using them again if I ever need to move.

Update: My issue with American Van Lines has now been resolved amicably. I appreciate their efforts to address my concerns and work toward a fair resolution. While my initial experience was frustrating, I’m glad we were able to resolve the matter professionally. I’m updating my review to reflect the positive outcome and appreciate the team for helping bring the situation to a satisfactory close.

The people I worked with were all great. My biggest complaint was the quote of the time of pick up and delivery. It was not made clear that the time quoted was an estimate of arrival time not the time period to arrive and complete the task. That needs to be corrected in your conversations with first time customers.i had to pay overtime to my home help because of this problem.
