HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE who don't comprehend and answer questions you didn't ask. System keeps canceling my orders using Amazon Synchrony card then customer service blames you and offer no resolution. I can't make the system accept payment so I can't order with THEIR CARD. It's ridiculous for customer service to not even try to do business or notify IT there's a SERIOUS GLITCH. I'm ordering from Kroger and Sprouts on my Discover IT card with 5% match and closing this Synchrony trash...I tried

Worse than the worst. From product selection, quality, pricing, to customer service, Amazon Fresh in Pasadena California makes Amazon looks like a failing company. They have a deceptive pricing scheme. They advertise attractive discount prices, but when it comes down to it, there are many fine prints (hidden conditions) that would make the "deal" to become "bad deal" for the customers. As to customer service, most, if not all, employees at the store from the manager down to cashier's, are poorly trained, unhappy working for Amazon Fresh, or simply don't care. The workers here appeared to be clueless, confused, undertrained, or simply don't care. This is a formula for total failure. I will never spend a single penny on Amazon Fresh, even if the prices are lower than elsewhere.

Viel Verbesserungsbedarf. Bei Rekklamation erfolgt die Erstattung prompt. Das ist positv. Aber es gibt einfach zu wenig Zeitfenster; erst recht vor Feiertagen. Da sind alle Lieferdienste schon ein wenig weiter. Hier müsste amazon ihre Termin noch weiter ausbauen. Leider sind auch immer wieder Artikel nicht verfügbar.

Bin seit vielen Jahren begeisterter Amazon Kunde und wurde jetzt mal wieder angeschrieben doch mal "Fresh" auszuprobieren. Das war bei mir schon vor 2 Jahren gescheitert weil es kaum etwas zu bestellen gab. Heute also 2. Versuch und es hat sich nichts verbessert, viele Artikel sind gar nicht lieferbar, das erfährt man aber erst ganz zum Schluss . Die Berechnung der Lieferkosten war teurer als vorher angekündigt und ab einem Einkauf ab 60 Euro sollte es einmalig 15 Euro Werbegutschrift geben. Meine Kassensumme war 67 Euro und die 15 Euro wurden verweigert. All das erfährt erst nach dem kompletten Einkauf, ganz zum Schluss. Komplette Vera.....ung ! Wenn Amazon nach Jahren ihr Fresh nicht in den Griff bekommen hat sollten Sie es lassen und uns Kunden nicht damit Nerven. Bei REWE, OTTO, EDEKA etc klappt's 1000 mal besser.

They ask a person who can not leave the house to place an order with a selective delivery window. They need the food. I watch them deliver to everyone and finally it is my turn. I get the text and I wait for my necessary food. They are within walking distance to my house and drive away saying they qare unable to deliver.

Pedido a entregar entre las 21h00 y las 23h00. Son las 24h00 y no ha llegado. Intento hablar con atención al cliente y 20 minutos hasta hablar con alguien del fresh y encima no puede hablar con el transportista y no sabe ni donde está. Intento llamar al transportista y se cuelgan todas las llamadas. De pena. Me dicen que me llamarán para darme noticias y ni una llamada. De pena.
