Delivered incorrect quantity of steak and I had paid extra and they couldn't guarantee a refund. That makes it a scam.

I have found regular Amazon and WF delivery exceptional in my corner of Brooklyn, but Fresh is awful. Consistently deliver smashed and damaged goods including today, a bag of smashed glass bottles (!). Very difficult to get any proper resolution except a refund for items.

Estoy harta de amazon fresh, desde hace un tiempo va de mal en peor, no cumplen con el horario, 1 hora, 23m, 1h,20, 15m tarde en diferentes pedidos etc.. . Hasta ayer que era de 13 a 15 y a las 15:01 veo pedido entregado y digo donde? a los 5m llaman abajo, lo deje pasar porque llovia. Cuando vaciamos las bolsas veo que falta la de nevera, hablo con att cliente lo comento y despues de hablar con 3 agentes me dicen que crean un nuevo pedido para entregar hoy, un rato antes veo pedido cancelado. Hablo de nuevo con ellos otras 3 personas y me dicen que lo van a reembolsar que espere 7 dias. Les he dicho que esta era la ultima vez que les compraba. De que van? Haces un pedido, estas pendiente 2h llegan tarde (si lo traen, que tambien he vivido el que no lo traigan)ahora se olvidan una bolsa (20e en comida)dicen que lo traen, lo cancelan, ahora que lo reembolsan, que jueguen ellos, yo no tengo ganas y eso diciendoles que no puedo salir a comprar por tener pierna escayolada, pero ni sienten ni padecen. A todo esto he mandado 6 mails a la dirección que me dieron para quejas y no han dicho ni mu.

I ordered $137 worth of groceries from Amazon via Winn Dixie. I live in Cocoa Fl. They were not delivered but the Amazon website said they were. Could not get a human being to ask for help. All I could do was tap a happy face or a sad face . I hit the sad face and in reply got. "Thanks for the feedback" What about my money? My food. It took an hour to get through to a live person. They returned my money but what grief. Some one has my food. Amazon said "check your bushes" Really! Just awful. Never again. Amazon, check your bushes!

An order of 5 items was broken up into 3 deliveries . Milk was supposed to arrive between 4am and 8am. But instead of milk I got a cancellation notice. An order of 24 soda cans was packaged in a plastic bag which was left on the curb. In Manhattan! Must have been dropped at some point because half of the cans were dented and bulging. The issued a refund. Well that’s something. Ok, I tried Amazon food, and it’s a definite NO.

Woke up at 3:30 am to receive my order. Around 7 am one bag was delivered after I received a message stating my order was delayed. But, I’ll receive my order tomorrow. Message 2. 10 am. Round 2 of my delivery. Message 3. 1 pm round 3 of my deliveries. That were to be delivered tomorrow, not today. Round 4. To be delivered tomorrow was canceled. A lesson well learned. Don’t count on Amazon to deliver your food. From 3 am- 1:30 pm today I collect groceries. Only to not be allowed to receive the rest of my order. If I don’t receive my refund in 5 days I must contact Amazon. Save yourself the headache. Just don’t do it.

I’ve had wonderful experiences, but now that I think about it it wasn’t specifically Amazon Fresh. It was Amazon grocery, either from Amazon grocery marked directly or same day delivery of Whole Foods products for an $25 minimum. Although I live within ten miles of two Whole Foods, I wonder if that’s the difference. I’ve ordered at least five times. Comes on time, get a text, sometimes the bag is labeled and sometimes not but who cares. The only issue is too many bags, I think the people pack the bags by department so there’s often bags with only one or two items
