I am confused. Amazon fresh cancelled my order for no reason. There are many groceries on it. Now my app shows food items still coming. I have spent an hour trying to get items cancelled, so I don't buy them again at Frys. The Amazon rep even got confused. My previous order from Amazon Fresh 3 months ago was delivered to my driveway- 50 feet from my front door. Amazon Fresh sucks with confusion. Don't order from them. Fry's is much better.

Una vergüenza!! La entrega indica de 21.00 a 23.00 , cambio los planes para estar en casa, a las 23.00 el seguimiento dice que faltan 2 paradas. 23 20 llega mensaje de amazon fresh que no han podido entregar por falta de mis datos!!! Una mentira!! Si no os da tiempo para entregar el mismo día, que pongáis otra fecha de entrega!! Para que robar mi tiempo, podía comprar todo en la tienda sin esperar!! Tampoco ha sido la única vez que esto pasó con la entrega

Soy clienta habitual de Amazon Fresh y siempre me ha funcionado bien hasta ayer. Hice un pedido para ser entregado de tarde pues bien, no recibi el preaviso de que este estaba en camino, ni nombre ni contacto del transportista ni nada ni las paradas antes de llegar a casa. De repente recibi un mensaje de que habia sido entregado. MENTIRA ni lo recibi yo ni tampoco el conserje que no se lo dejan al haber productos congelados y frescos. Tuve que reclamarlo navegando unas cuantas horas por el menu de Amazon para encontrar ayuda, te lo ponen dificil para que la gente desista. Mi impresion fue que por algun motivo no pudieran enviarmelo o lo que fuera pero unos ladrones porque es tu palabra contra la de ellos ya que dicen que si lo entregaron y uno no tiene nada para demostrarlo ya que no les firmas la entrega. Lo dicho, este gigante va cada vez a peor y lo de robarte ya ni disimulan.

Amazon Fresh has become the worst grocery delivery service to the point that I plan to contact the Attorney General regarding this company debiting bank account and then canceling orders abrupt. Poor packaging. Expiration dates close to end and the worst customer service in the ino.

Pathetic customer service by amazon fresh. Recently I purchased 9 packets of tata salt. Only 7 got delivered. When I raised a complaint. They told me that they are investigating the matter. 2 days passed nothing happened. I again called them, they told me that they will again investigate the matter as last investigation yielded no response. Then he told me point blank that he cannot help me further in this case. So basically Amazon fresh has no control over what is being delivered or how much quantity. So I recommend customers to avoid such a shady e-com app which can take your money and not deliver what they promise . And only the customer suffers in the end mentally and monetarily, their customer service team is least bothered about your plight.

Compro un pack de 12 latas de un producto y 12 de otro por un importe total de 58€. Llega el repartidor y me trae una lata de cada. Tenía gente esta noche y nos quedamos sin bebidas, Nunca más. Compraré en otro lugar.

You blew it Amazon Fresh! The quality of the store, lack products and empty shelves has been poor at best. But when you removed the card/palm reader that allowed one to shop and walk out, you blew it. That was the one redeeming feature of the store. What were you thinking? The Chevy Chase Lakes, Maryland store has been underutilized because of the empty shelves, poor quality and freshness of products. If you think taking off the touchless shop element away is going to increase customers, you could not be more wrong. New self check stations don't work. Attendant kept getting a frozen screen. I have been a VERY satisfied Amazon user with virtually no complaints since 2001. What were you thinking? You just shot yourself in the foot. This store will not survive.

2 orders were cancelled by Amazon Fresh last minute, twice in a row over two days. 3 times cancelled by Amazon Fresh in a short space of time. Had to wait 3-5 business days to get refunds. Often receive no notifications from Amazon that groceries will not be delivered at all. One driver was right next to my house only 5 minutes away, before my delivery was cancelled last minute. There are so many reviews on here the same, Amazon Fresh orders all being cancelled last minute. Tried to give Amazon Fresh a chance to resolve their contracted driver issues. Will not order from Amazon Fresh again, after the latest and worst incident due to inappropriate driver conduct. Driver filmed me and my property, reading out my address at the same time, calling me insults and inappropriate remarks. Asked I wanted to get it delivered to my bedroom! Have witnesses and CCTV. Reported.
