I ordered a bottle of their Lust Fragrance and it ended taking a bit longer than expected to arrive( carrier’s fault) and when it did arrive the bottle was damaged and leaking. When I contacted their customer support I received a email response within the day and within the response they had already sent a replacement bottle and apologized for the inconvenience of what happened. Will definitely be continuing to buy from ALT again. Their service is unmatched!

Made my second order after loving the first. Opened up one of the two bottle of cologne and it turned out to be the wrong scent. Emailed customer support and before I even checked my email again they had another bottle ready to ship. All done within 12 hours absolutely fantastic customer service!

The quality of the scents is fantastic. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the customer service and support. They promptly and efficiently corrected my order mix-up. I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again.

Super fast delivery. Day of order to my door in just under a week and I'm in the UK, outstanding communication with them. As a fragrance collector this one is really nice, 10/10 I will for sure be ordering more. Absolute pleasure to deal with.

This company is a scam. My order was never shipped, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they refused to cancel my order or provide a refund. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and transparency. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Sent me a code that didn’t work. Customer service asked for screenshots - I provided them and then was ignored. Later, when I was provided a different and unrelated code, I made a purchase and it’s been lost for the last week, probably because they use DHL for domestic shipments. Customer service does not respond and nothing is being done. What a terrible experience with this company. I urge anyone who is considering this deplorable company, to find an alternative to ALT.

Well so far so good I haven't received my package yet but the company's customer service is really nice and that makes a big difference.
