#1 your brand & product line is incredible.. True that you have dup competition, but I have not tried any products other than from ALT. I don't need to go anywhere else if I'm happy with your product, your prices are competitive, affordable for average consumer. continue whith what you doing & you will retain your loyal customers ... DO NOT CHANGE IF SOMETHING NOT BROKEN

I emailed because I placed an order by accident. And I asked for it to be canceled and it was canceled immediately. Very efficient and got back to me as soon as it was done

Love love love the mystery scents option cause sometimes I am not sure what to buy. I had an issue with an order and they fixed it right away and the scents smell just as good as the expensive ones.

Ordered a few different women's perfumes and I am absolutely in love! These scents are long lasting and smell exactly like the originals! Had an issue with a missing perfume and they responded immediately with an update that the missing item would be sent! This company and their customer service is genuine and honestly one of the best I've purchased from! Will 100% be buying again!

I had an issue with a bottle I received that came half empty because it leaked throughout delivery and I had the option of getting $15 gift card or for them to send me another bottle and of course I set another bottle Neha was a big help draw this process alt is one of my favorite dupe company perfumes

★☆☆☆☆ I purchased four fragrances from ALT because they were advertised as smelling like specific designer fragrances. Unfortunately, none of the four scents closely resembled the fragrances they were compared to. Each bottle was sprayed only a few times for testing. When I contacted customer service, I was offered only store credit or exchanges. Since I was dissatisfied with all four fragrances, I requested a refund and asked that my case be reviewed. My second email was never answered. Very disappointing experience with both the products and the customer service.
