Ok I placed an order with alt fragrances because of the ads on Facebook and tik tok. I ordered the executive 26 (creed aventus) and the crystal 23 (baccarat rouge) and they shipped them and I received them in about a week. When I got them they did almost smell identical to the original scents they are trying to duplicate. I did like them not gona lie. But the longevity is not there! The smell only last like 20min tops, my girlfriend couldn't smell me inside of the car. So I sent them back and they won't refund your money only give you store credit. Their customer service is very slow, I had to send them back the bottles atleast 95% full and I had to pay for the shipping to send them back. After over a week of sending emails they finally sent me back my store credit. I ordered more scents from them because I had no choice since I only got back store credit. Hopefully this time I get a better batch that actually last longer than my previous bottles I sent back. I gave them 2 stars because their customer service sucks and their scents even though they do smell almost identical,the longevity is just not there.

I purchased three fragrances from ALT Fragrances: Crystal No. 23, Executive No. 26, and Reality. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. While the scents themselves were pleasant, the performance was very poor. On the first wear, none of the fragrances lasted more than about an hour on my skin. Thinking I may not have applied enough, I tried again the following evening using 5–6 sprays, but the longevity was still far below my expectations. When purchasing a fragrance, I expect at least 6–8 hours of wear, especially for products marketed as quality alternatives to designer fragrances. In my experience, these fragrances faded far too quickly and required frequent reapplication. Would I purchase from ALT Fragrances again? Probably not, unless they improve the longevity and performance of their products. Based on my experience, I was left disappointed and expected much better lasting power.

Customer service doesn’t understand English and then stops responding when you try to clarify. Scripted answers only given when I specifically asked if I could exchange my product instead of getting a refund. Lots of back and forth with no answers, followed by dead air for 2 days… unprofessional.

The smell doesnt last and very expensive for a fake.

Add said 5 fragances for $99 but never explained 3 bottles were 30ml and 2 were 60ml. This is tricking and dirty advertising and when you read the return policy in detail, you lose big time and you do not get your money back and luckily part of it after you spend you moneybin sending product back and theybtake away your moneynfor the original shipping. Furthermore, they give you store credit of they accept the product back. Definitely, I will never make bussiness with them any more and i will spread the word in the perfume comunity.

Perfumes are usually good, but longevity of them can be very hit or miss, from 1h to eternal, so you have to read reviews. The reason for the two stars is because of their customer service. I first sent them an email they never replied to, and when they replied to the new email (over a week later), i had to explain the same thing three more times, with them replying with something barely related to the issue i was having. I've never experienced customer service just blatantly ignore what you write to them over and over again, making me wonder if their customer service is AI? Well, the problem I had was that I first paid 31 dollars in taxes during checkout and then I was also taxed when the package arrived to my country. Being double taxed and paying 1/2 of the order (4 perfumes) in taxes and not getting any explanation on why they claim to collect taxes, for me to have to pay double taxes, is not okay. Their inexpensive perfumes suddenly turned quite expensive. I order a lot online and whenever being double taxed, the brand always fixes this, but not with ALT. I also had a leaky bottle that had lost a significant amount of perfume. I'm sad to have such a poor experience with them, as I like their perfumes (apart from the poor longevity in some of them). I suppose all is good until you have an issue.

Second order. First order took 10 days after it shipped to recieve. Second order took 3 days to receive, but 1 of 3 bottles came with a loose top thus cologne spilled onto packaging. Resolution…. $10 off another order. No thanks, done with ALT!!!!
