great colognes with a way cheaper price!

Ordered three fragrances two I have never used before one was of a fragrances i've used for years Aqua Di Gio. They ALL smell amazing and the Aqua Di Gio is very very close to the original almost not noticeable but after using for 20 years you can tell. Very happy with the products over all and will definitely order again with some new one i've never tried before

Personal texts throughout ordering and shipping process & even a text saying my order was delivered. Normally irritated by spam texts but this one was personal & catered to my order. I received my order with a broken perfume bottle which all of its contents spilled over everything! I quickly texted the number and the issue was remedied immediately. No waiting days or sometimes weeks waiting for a response. My replacement is in the mail already! I’m only giving 4 stars because it took me a little while to get the broken scent off everything else but it was lovely & the other perfumes are awesome too now that I can smell them separately lol

Overall it the ordering process was very good and easy. They shipped the product quick although they did send the wrong fragrance, but very quickly fixed it and sent the correct one. They were very fast with replies and were very kind. Will definitely be ordering from again in the future!

My order was "somehow" lost. I contacted support and informed them. I'm very happy with the quick turnaround and prompt response. I also appreciate the fact that the company has already shipped my NEW order. The fast and efficient service is greatly appreciated.

Smells are pretty accurate

ALT. Fragrances is a decent company in my opinion so far, I had an issue with a shipment that contained the wrong fragrance and not my order. I ordered two different bottles one of which showed up fine. The other was not the one that should have been in the box, it also appeared to be opened. They said they would send me what I actually ordered. At this point I can only say customer service seems to be doing a good job. But it is a bit difficult to contact them unless you message directly.
