ALT. FragrancesReviews of altfragrances.com

Beware! ALT Fragrances is a total scam. Colognes smell foul and Customer Support is horrid. As I was browsing ALT website a scent caught my eye so I added to cart. It asked for me to review order before purchasing. I was also curious to see shipping costs. Once I hit review it automatically placed my order without consent and took my information from Shop app. Immediately emailed company to cancel and explained the reason. I was told they were unable to cancel due to quick processing of orders. I would also have to pay return shipping costs. Also I was sent wrong scent I was inquiring about. I have had several attempts to communicate with Customer Support and to no availability. Just be careful with this so called Company. I'm applauded by this companys tactics.

The shipping is very fast, and the tracking is great. The response time for issues was fast. I wasn’t expecting my issue to be resolved on a weekend.

I actually love ALT. I love the fragrances and the prices are good. Support was also able to assist and very friendly.

I had an issue with my shipping address. I reached out via email, they responded quickly and was extremely helpful. One email and my issue was resolved.
