I ordered a perfume from ALT Fragrances and heard absolutely nothing for months. When I finally contacted them, I was told that the shipment had supposedly been “lost.” They only offered to resend the product or give me store credit—refusing to issue a refund. I therefore opened a PayPal dispute. After that, ALT Fragrances resent the product without my consent. It eventually arrived four months after I had originally placed the order—and it was damaged. I reported this to PayPal, but because the product had now technically arrived, they changed the type of my claim. In the end, my claim was rejected because I refused to return the damaged product at my own expense. ALT Fragrances was unwilling to cover the return shipping costs, even though they had resent the item without my consent. To make matters worse, the perfume smells nothing like the original. It smells extremely cheap and synthetic—mostly like alcohol. This entire experience was completely unacceptable and felt like a scam from start to finish. Terrible customer service, terrible product quality, and absolutely no accountability. Never again.

This product lasted one hour and advertised as long lasting, even outlasting the name brand. They should be reported for false advertising. I think I will make that report.

I love the original Creed Aventus DNA. ALT no. 27 is supposed to be a clone. The opening smells some what similar to the Aventus but quickly fades to a mild dry down that smells nothing like the smoky woody dry down of the original. Longevity for me was 3 to 4 hours. I tried 1 to 3 sprays on different occasions and got the sme results. I let it sit for a couple of months since fragrances take time to reach its full scent profile. Nothing changed. Im not sure if I got a bad batch but I would not recommend this to anyone. The are better options out there.

I unfortunately have not had a great experience with ALT Fragrances. I placed an order mid August that I have never received. After multiple attempts to contact the company, I have gotten little to no response, no offer for a refund and no store credit. I wrote a one star review on their website (twice) and they removed both. I have had to pursue opening a dispute on the credit card because I have gotten no where with trying to work directly with ALT. I am so disappointed with them- buyers please be cautious.

The first one I got; has a gold color cap, the scent lasted longer (perfect). On my second purchase I got two, the have a silver color cap, they leak (one of the bottles is almost empty and I haven’t even use it) the scent doesn’t last and it’s not the same scent (SCAM).

They claim these are replicas, but they don’t smell anything like the originals. It’s hard to explain, but the fragrances just smell off. One of the colognes actually reminded me of Pine-Sol floor cleaner, while another smelled overwhelmingly like alcohol instead of the scent it was supposed to imitate. Several were advertised as sweet fragrances, but none of them had any sweetness at all. I had high hopes, but these were a huge disappointment. I’d much rather spend the extra money on the original fragrances because these simply aren’t worth it.

Very disappointing experience with ALT. Fragrances. My package was apparently lost, but nobody informed me about it. I only found out after contacting them myself and asking what was happening with my order. By that point, I had already been waiting for more than two months. What makes the situation even worse is that when I asked for a refund, I was told that a refund was not possible and that they could only offer me a replacement or store credit. I don't think this is acceptable. If an order never arrives and the package is confirmed as lost, especially after making a customer wait for over two months, a refund should at least be an option. The lack of communication was probably the most frustrating part. I shouldn't have to chase a company after two months just to find out that my package was lost. Very poor customer service and definitely not the experience I expected. I would not order from them again.

I spent over $108.00 with this company. I never received my order. I reached out to customer service and was told to give them an additional 2 to 3 days. Five days later still no response and no package. I reached back out to customer service to let them know I still haven’t received anything, and simply asked for them to give me an exact date the package will arrive, give me a refund, or overnight me my products that I paid for almost a month ago. I received no response from customer service feel like I have been completely ripped off by this company! I will never order from this company again and I would be very careful if you plan to do so in the future. Horrible customer service, this company will rip you off.
