Smells nothing like the advertised scent ALT indicates. Do not waste your money. They only provide store credit or exchanges. They will not refund your money to your original method of payment or any form. This company is a scam.

One of my bottles arrived broken in the mail. I e mailed customer service and they got right back to me. They are going to replace the bottle. Great product and great customer service. I would recommend their products.

USPS was negligent with my package, I sent an email to the company, they answered within a day and solved the issue immediately. Both perfumes smell amazing, I definitely will be ordering again, thank you

This is in regards to their customer service. Their fragrance is great but if you don't receive it and they don't communicate it really doesn't matter if it smells good. I paid for product I still haven't received. I purchased cologne for my husband for fathers day and I am still waiting. I have contacting the customer service twice and they are unresponsive. I ordered the cologne on 6/16/26 and it has been ready to ship since the 17th. I won't be ordering again. There are other companies.

Received a bottle of perfume that had leaked during shipping. Bottle was intact but the top was loose. After contacting ALT a replacement bottle was sent immediately. The conversation was professional and polite. Best customer service ever !

The entire experience was wonderful! I purchased luxury fragrances without the price tag. I gifted both scents and the receivers were both so excited and loved how the scent personalized to them. I will be repurchasing for gifts in the future and possibly myself!

I’ll admit, I rarely take the time to write a review, good or bad. However, for the sensational customer service that I recently received with ALT. Fragrances, I absolutely, without a doubt had to give them their kudos! I sent an email not expecting to hear anything back, but to my surprise they emailed me back immediately and rectified the mishap. Stellar service and I will for sure continue buying and rocking ALT. Fragrances. Crescendo smells fantastic by the way!
