Do not buy from them. Colognes do not smell great, poor customer service, slow shipping, and they refuse to refund any purchase no matter the circumstance. I thought that the fact so many people have bought from them that there has to be some merit to their company despite the poor reviews I would run into. Well, I was wrong, and that is $100 I will never see again. I suggest to not make the same mistake I did.

The WORST perfumes ever!! I ordered two as a gift for $100 and got one Free. I thought I was getting a great deal but the box was crushed and one bottle was leaking. And it smelled HORRIBLE!! I asked for a refund they said store credit only. Wasted my time and money. They sent me a replacement bottle but I said I don’t want it. They sent it anyway. I kept demanding a refund, never got it. There’s a reason they don’t do money back refunds—it’s because they KNOW they have a HORRIBLE PRODUCT! I really believe their website is full of fake reviews… Save your money. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else but here.

I just had a cologne with everything is cost me $63 I think it’s the worst decision I’ve ever made because it was trash not long lasting it’s no different than cologne sold for $5 please don’t don’t waste your money.

I had a great experience with customer service. I accidentally checked out without using my promo code. I realized, then sent an email with the code I forgot to use and someone got back to me within an hour and my order's total reflected the discount. Very friendly representatives as well. I love this company and the scents are great!

Great company. Customer service was very understanding. Ended up sending me a new bottle, replacing the one i had purchased due to it coming half empty. Free of charge. Scents are identical. Have bought three and will continue to purchase more. So far nothing but the best. Highly recommended. They will see a lot more of my purchases. hahahaha thanks alt. Very affordable.

I have purchased ALT products before and I cannot say enough OUTSTANDING things about their fragrances. Each one - if possible, is more beautiful than the next. What's more, their customer service is exceptional. Only one order had the most minute issue, and ALT. Fragrances promptly resolved the matter - and their professionalism was outstanding. I will remain a loyal customer forever!

Best company.. Awesome customer service. Great cologne at a fraction of the price.Had.a issue with a bottle broken but wasn’t ALT fault and I sent a email and within 30 minutes I received a response and got a email that a bottle was already being shipped.. incredible customer service.. if your looking for cologne or perfume at a fraction of the price and smells better than the 360 bottle contact ALT. Not many businesses nowadays have great customer service. Thanks ALT
