My package arrived in a very timely manner. I had a little problem with my bottle leaking in the package and I had a new delivery out within a day. Perfect customer service and very friendly.

I’ve ordered twice from this company and the product is exceptional. However, I’m writing the review due to the excellent service and prompt response I received when my most recent package arrived damage due to the currier. I sent ALT’s support team an email with a picture of the damaged item and they addressed my issue immediately. I’ll be honest to say I didn’t expect this kind of customer service but they certainly changed my expectations. Great job team!

Have had nothing but great experiences ordering from ALT. Fragrances. Customer service has always made things right for me and I cannot complain with how they handled things when I needed something. I ordered a few fragrances that I did not care for and they gave me a gift card to purchase ones I preferred. Will be a repeat customer.

So I got the 3 pack of the men's best seller. Too many issues happened with shipping. 1. Tracking doesn't work 2. Was delayed by 2 weeks on top of normal shipping times. 3. Customer service officer was no help and kept referring me back to the tracking that didn't work. 4. They leaked during shipping so they were about 60% full. And last thing is that they all smell exactly the same.

I’m blown away by the positive reviews. Where do I start… - the transit time was insane, Australian buyers, please be careful! - customer service was all but useless - when the two products finally arrived, I had to put them both straight in the bin. The most offensive of the two was Crystal, a dupe for Barracat Rouge. It was straight up alcohol, without even a hit of fragrance, just eau de hand sanitiser. I hardly ever write negative reviews but from end to end my experience with this company has been nothing but bad, what a waste of time and money…

I am blown away. I ordered 3 fragrances, executive, blue, and farouche. I can confirm that they are very similar to the original fragrances that I have purchased many times before. The difference is, ALT is a fraction of the price. The fragrances really last all day. I highly recommend this company.

I am very picky about perfume scents and finally found one that I loved but couldn't justify the hefty price tag. I had heard great things about ALT. Fragrances. I was blown away when my perfume arrived. It smells EXACTLY like the one I had been dreaming of and it lasts all day long, longer than the original. I will be buying more fragrances from ALT.
