Prompt response to my issue as well as solved my issue. Not only did they solve it, it was my fault (wrong address), it was same day AND on a Saturday. Didn't think customer service like this existed anymore.

I currently have four ALT. fragrances (and one on the way) and I have wholeheartedly enjoy each one of the fragrances. One in particular (Strawberry Milkshake) is my new, signature scent because I am obsessed with it! I have no qualms about cutting a few corners and ALT. makes it super affordable to smell RICH and to walk around smelling like an original scent for a fraction of the cost. A win is a win!! I definitely predict more scents from ALT. in my future. If you have a doubts about trying an ALT. dupe, BURY that and just go ahead and give it a try!!
