Between the fragrances that they provide and the customer service they provide, I have to say that I am very satisfied with this company. I recently compared their executive to the actual creed aventus and it was incredible how close they were to each other. I own both bottles and I smelled one next to each other and I was not able to very much tell the difference. Thanks again!

The bottle was damaged in transit and the customer service immediately sent a replacement. The cherry smash is my favorite. Smells just like lost cherry amd i get many compliments on it.

I love Alt Fragrances and have made several purchases with no complaints. Every fragrance I've purchased from Alt Is exactly as described and darn near identical to the higher priced, name brand product. If you like a certain scent look it up on Alt, you will be very pleasantly surprised with their loyal re-creation. On my most recent purchase I had an issue with some leakage in my package. I contacted customer service and they have been very prompt and responsive to my concern and a replacement has been sent. I would recommend including the small insurance add on amount, approximately 1 or 2 dollars, so that in the unlikely event that you have an issue with shipping, you will have that piece of mind.

I have made several purchases with ALT. All great and Quick. I did recently have an issue with a product that had leaked during shipping. ALT support was very quick to respond and sent out a new replacement bottle within a few hours. A+

This is totally fraud, I recently purchased Roja ELYSUM perfume. They sent me a defective bottle the sprayer was not working properly. When I raised a complaint they sent me a replacement but the fragrance was totally different. It smelled like begone spray. And also the colour was different. When I complaint about this they simply said it's the same fragrance. I throwed the bottle in dustbin. Never trust them with their fancy adds on FB, the quality sucks.. The customer care representative is very rude and have no manners to deal with customers, I lost my money you don't lose yours.

This so-called company gladly took my money, and then couldn’t find my order. I had to go to my bank to get a printed receipt with my name on it to prove it, as well as show them my driver’s license, to prove that I really was who I claimed to be. That was NINE WEEKS AGO!!! Now they can’t find the products I shipped back to them at my own expense. It’s a horrible company. How they were able to get a business license to begin with is weird. The fact that they’ve been able to hold onto said license after soooooooo many complaints and reports to The Better Business Bureau is beyond comprehension.

Crazy overcharged 28 for next day delivery .. in same state. Less than 80 miles away from warehouse and was charged measly 50 bucks for next day delivery when I look up the price for this size box and weight I get very different numbers. So they give you a deal and then they steal your money on the shipping by overcharging you
