I ordered Crystal for a Mother's Day gift. I paid a lot of money to have it delivered quickly to make sure it arrived on time. It arrived timely. It also arrived leaking badly. The bottle is only 2/3 full. The perfume box is soaked with perfume. The shipping label is unreadable. I reached out to ALT and was promptly told that they have a no refund policy, always, and there are no exceptions. They wanted to send me another bottle. I informed them I do not want another bottle, I want a refund. The gift is not giftable. They will not budge. I am leaving town in a day and am unable to accept the delivery. I will, of course, never order from his company again. I will, however make sure I read the reviews for future orders of any kind. This type of customer service explains the low rating for ALT Fragrance on Trustpilot.

I have been purchasing fragrances from ALT for atleast four years. Every time I have an amazing experience when I receive my order. The perfumes are some of the best I’ve ever smelled! The customer service is outstanding also. I just received a perfume that unfortunately was leaking in my last order. I emailed customer service and right away they fixed the problem and shipped out a new bottle to me. I absolutely trust ALT and everyone else should too! You won’t be disappointed!

I ordered some perfume and cologne from ALT and love the perfume. I ordered the ALT Crysltal #23, which is the dupe for Baccarat Rouge. It smells amazing and lasts all day! I ordered the ALT Executive, the dupe for Creed and received the wrong product. I contacted Customer Service and they made it right immediately. Great customer service and I will definitely order again! Can't wait to get the cologne to see how it smells. Thanks for making my experience a great one!

These colognes do not last ten minutes. The other brand smells like what it's supposed to be, and lasts for a long time.

I ordered the ALT version of Acqua di Gio, I haven't smelled the original in quite a few years but I believe the ALT version to be a very close imitation. The cap came loose on the bottle and about 20% of it spilled out. I emailed ALT and they are sending out a new bottle. Great customer service!

I have been ordering Thierry Mugler's Alien perfume for years, and the ALT Terrestrial is the BEST dupe of it that I have found!!! I did a blind smell test with my partner, and he actually thought the ALT scent was the Alien! Seriously, I can't tell the difference, and I am so happy that I can save hundreds of dollars now buying this alternative. Also, recently I ordered the ALT perfume and it came damaged, but when I reached out for assistance, they shipped me a new one free of charge. Great customer service! I would highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for high-end scents, for affordable prices!!

I ordered the Crystal, which is the Baccarat Rouge dupe which smelled amazing and I absolutely loved it. However after a few times wearing it, I developed a terrible rash on my forearms that lasted not days but WEEKS! When I reached out to the company, they took down my review and offered me 15% off a future order. Ummmm....why the he** would I order anything again from them? Thanks but no thanks. RIP OFF.
