When I first moved away from the big name colognes I tried Hawthorne and like their stuff. On a whim, I tried ALT for something different and was very pleased. I prefer the smell, projection, and longevity of the Executive NO. 26 over the Creed original. My latest order arrived on time, but looked like it had leaked a bit in the package. Not a big deal. I took pictures and sent them to the support email as just a heads up that the atomizer/cap came partially unscrewed. No harm, no foul. Within minutes, I got a response with an apology and notifying me that they were sending another bottle out to me ASAP, even though it wasn’t necessary. When a company give you a great product at a good price AND takes responsibility for things outside their control, you know you’ve found a company worth continuing to do business with.

I’m an Australian buyer and opted to purchase the Bleau fragrance. I have a bottle of Chanel Bleu and honestly the Alt version smells like when you’ve had Bleu on the next day. Not fresh but also noticeably there. Funny enough, I get more compliments having the Alt version on than the real deal. Recently had some issues with my last order but was resolved. The customer service was satisfactory but it could do with some more improvements, like detailed explanations of the process.

I had an issue with damaged product and they quickly resolved the issue!
