Shipping is always a problem with Allivet. My most recent order was on 2/10/25 - Rx was on file and according to the customer service rep it was approved on 2/12/25. It is 2/19/25 and it is still processing. The website falsely claims "Get it Fast! Free 2-3 day shipping." I called and rep said to wait, but could not offer any further information. Don't use Allivet if you actually need your pet's medication in a timely manner. Update: I cancelled my order 2/23/25 as reps were unable to provide any update.

I have been using Allivet autoship for many years. This month I checked the status of my monthly autoship, expecting to see that it had been shipped out. Unfortunately, it should have been shipped out 2/3/25 and has not been shipped as of this morning 2/17/25. In a previous chat, they described a problem in their warehouse and were unable to give me a shipping date. This is not acceptable for a pharmacy. I wasn't even notified that my shipment would be delayed, which left me scrambling to find another vendor and get new prescriptions. I have switched to another pharmacy and will not use them again.

Placed an order 02/08....as of this writing on 02/15 have still not received product that was ordered for a dying pet!!! Both times called waited first 28min, 2nd time 34 min. The CR could not tell me if it was shipped FedEx or USPS but gave me a tracking number with the remark "you will be getting the product soon"

This is a very unprofessional company. They are slow at shipping meds, blame the vet for not giving RX (when they did 2 times). My vet has said she has nothing but problems with this company. At the time of writing my dogs life saving heart medication, is still being held up over 2 weeks after it was supposed to ship. I have called 2 separate times to get my dogs meds shipped and was promised they would ship next day... they have not. I will be switching pharmacies after this debacle and it's not even the first time this has happened with them.

In the end of a difficult back and forth to get the prescription to Allivet, They were thorough enough to recognize that I had ordered the wrong dose on the web site and verified that my dog needed the next size dose of heart worm prevention medication.

The prescription med took nine (9) days to arrive after my vet phoned it in. It was a heart medication and so very important to receive quickly. I was told it would take 2-3 days when I made the payment over the phone. Very frustrated with the delay in receiving the medication. My dog’s condition worsened over the nine days and only four days after starting the medication she had to be euthanized. (She was already in congestive heart failure and on another med.) I contacted Allivet and they did refund the full cost of the prescription. Shipping services are horrible! I wouldn’t use them again for anything needed urgently. I did appreciate the refund, however. Mixed experience with the company.
