It is a very long story but my elderly greyhound had to go without his medication for days due to Allivet's negligence. They said the medication shipped, provided a tracking number, but nothing happened. When I called, they told me they were out of the medication. They told me they would credit my account $20.00 and then proceeded to ship my dog's Bravecto without giving me the credit. I am done with this company.

This company is not legit. If you read their reviews on Google you'll see people send them prescriptions and they just keep saying they never received it and it goes on and on for weeks while you wait for a necessary prescription. They have no intention on honoring the price they're offering so they just keep saying they didn't receive the prescription. Save your time and your sanity and go somewhere else

I had a very good experience with Allivet. My pet's prescription medication arrived in a timely manner & the pricing was excellent. The auto subscription works well & it's easy to modify, if necessary. Their email communication concerning my pet's Rx was awesome! They answer all questions promptly & in a very courteous & professional manner. I highly recommend Allivet for any pet medication.

Great customer service! I ended up with the wrong product. Allivet worked hard to get my issue sorted and the right medication I needed.

I placed an order for an antibiotic that my dog needs on Monday 2/17. Allivet STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED this antibiotic. I cannot get a response back via email from their customer service and I have called multiple times and was just lied to about this prescription being shipped. My dog has a rash that is spreading and needs these antibiotics and I have NO IDEA when I will be getting them. The customer service and lack of communication here is unacceptable. I will NEVER order through Allivet again. There are way too many other options that are way more reliable.

Updated 2/28/25 My first order with Allivet was handled promptly and mailed quickly. My next order was a delayed mess. I ordered 2/10/25 and did NOT receive the order until 2/25/25 and was told their delivery system was messed up. I placed another order on 2/18 and it came before the 2/10/order on 2/23/25! Their website says most orders delivered within 3 work days. When speaking with Allivet agents I got the impression they did NOT know what the mailing issues were and would only give me the same tired answer: "We are working on the delivery", but could never come up with a real answer about why they could not handle my order. They should have canceled the older 2/10 order and put a new order for what I wanted into the system so I could have gotten my dog meds sooner. -------------- I placed an order with Allivet on 2/10/25 and 12 days on I am still waiting for THEM to tell me why they have not been able to ship my order! When I speak with them on the phone, because their online chat does not work either, I get the same song and dance: they do not know what the problem is with shipping items and do NOT know when it will be fixed! This is a poor excuse from a company who should be able to clear the log jam and get things moving again. Even their managers, forget the agents who answer your calls, do NOT have any explanation of what the shipping issues are! I guess NOBODY wants to take the time to get an answer either. Sure looks that way to customers! Find another Pet med company!

After mailing in my dog's original Rx (with two meds on it, as has been the way for years) I only received one. It took many phones call on my behalf to find out where the second one was. After being apologized to and told it would be overnighted at no charge, a week later---still nothing. More phone calls and time wasted...rude customer service rep. Will go elsewhere next time.
