Autoship & Coupons
We like the convenience of Autoship, but we wish to be able to cancel the Autoship subscriptions. Our animal's health changes and they eventually die. Also, I don't appreciate getting online coupons with newsletters that are only available to new customers/subscriptions. No special deals for existing loyal customers. I'm considering unsubscribing from your newsletters, because it only causes annoyance to me.

Please know that you can cancel or update your AutoShip anytime directly through your online account for your convenience. We also hear your concern about promotional offers. Your loyalty means a lot to us, and we’re actively working on ways to better recognize and reward our long-time customers.
