This is the third refill in a row that has been lost. Even after repeated calls to customer service, they could not locate the doctor's approval of the refill. Very disappointing!

Easy to order, quick delivery, helpful staff When my horse that was getting the med died of old age, I called to cancel my order. The woman I talked to was so nice and offered her condolences. Later that week, I received a sympathy card from Allivet. That was sooooo thoughtful and heartwarming.

When vet prescription was not renewable, I visited the vet with my pet for necessary test. Upon completion of good results from test, notified Allivet. Allivet immediately contacted vet for prescription renewal. Excellent service.
