they have been right on the mark with…
they have been right on the mark with all my dogs meds, recently i was running out of one and my credit card got hacked, it would have been 7 to 10 days before a new card came, but they sent it anyway so she would be without, thank you allivet

Account- untrustworthy reps or something going on
This is regarding my account along with auto ship. There obviously is not any stopping this place from calling me about my payment method on my auto ship which has been stopped for well over a year now. I just wish Allivet would investigate this and stop whoever is calling me from within their company. I’ve asked Allivet to close or delete my account and they tell me that it’s done, but within 2 weeks or so here come the phone calls again. Please advise me how I can permanently close this account. I will not settle for your staff closing the account. If it’s going to get done, I will have to take care of it myself.

Allivet provides quick mail order pet…
Allivet provides quick mail order pet meds. They contact the vet for the prescription. Prices are reasonable and if a problem arises they have a wonderful and helpful customer service department.

Helpful and Amazing
It is an amazing company, prices are great and the products are always good. Their costumer service is also extremely helpful, everytime I needed something they were able to help me right away. Made living with a dog that’s needs medications much easier, no more hassle of trying to go into vets to get their medications all the time. I recommend using them to everyone

Allivet Makes refills a Breeze!
Allivet makes monthly the monthly refill process a breeze. The cost is much much cheaper than my vet and the prescriptions are always on time.

Great customer service!
I have to feed my cat prescription food and Allivet has good prices and great customer service. If I need to change anything, they are right on it.
