Unfortunately Allivet depends on FedEx for delivery. FedEx left a perishable package 1/2 mile from house along the road. Allivet is only as good as their delivery service.

Theire customer service is phenomenal. We were going through some financial struggles due to jobe loss, and they reduced the process of the heartworm regimen for my dogs and provided free shipping for 3 months. We've been using them for 3 years now. Highly recommend them, as the cost of medication from the vet is expensive!

We had our dogs heart medication on Auto Ship with Allivet. They didn’t ship it in time and I had 3 days worth left. I called them and they said there was no way to expedite it. They said I should get a 5 day supply from my vet and they’d reimburse me. I went and got the 5 day supply. Then submitted it and they only reimbursed me for less than half, telling me that there was a limit on the reimbursement- that had never been mentioned. So I was inconvenienced both in terms of time and money. For THEIR incompetence I had to pay extra because they didn’t ship a vital medication on time! I’d never use them again and I warn all the pet owners I know.
