I found Allivet on line by accident. Alot of other places did not have what I wanted. I found the product for my daughter and had it shipped to her. She had moved and her old address was listed on pay pal. I notified their support group about the issue and asked if the package was returned to please forward it to her new place. They sent a new order to her and didnt charge me a dime. I will continue doing business with Allivet..

i was sum what disappointed this time when I placed my order. My vet has sent in a prescription for 6 months to you. Now you are stating that you need to contact my vet once again. This is a bother to them and adds extra time to the order.

We paid for next day shipping and it’s a week that we don’t get any. The said they had the product and now they say they don’t have!!! Very disappointed!!
