Very convenient... the allergy med is the BEST!!! To help my dog control food allergies (apoquel)! A lady recommended me to the website & med. she was right!!!

I came back to using Allivet because my local vet was out of a needed prescription. I hustled to get my documentation in on Friday and called early Monday to see when it would ship. I was told it was being escalated and would go out same day. Later in the day, it hadn't shipped and I called to be told I had done everything right but there was an error on their end. Tues, still not shipped... again, issues on their end and going to be escalated. At this point, if it ships Wed, it will have been 5 days to even leave the facility (plus the 3-7 for actual shipping).. and by calling all over town, I found the same medication in person myself in the meanwhile. Yes, it's cheaper at Allivet but that doesn't do any good when they're not actually sending it out. It's super frustrating to have a senior pet with ever changing medical needs and not be able to fulfill things reliably.

Allivet is prompt, on top of things and make sure you get your pets prescriptions on time. Prices are reasonable.

Very slow shipping method!! My order took 12 days from order to arrival. If you have the time or placed an order ahead of needing it, then you probably won't mind the long timeframe. Personally, I won’t order from them again. Most of those I do business with the product arrives in 2-4 days. I’ll stick with them.

So easy to order!! It saved my last order on my account and just had to click re order. It also saved my vet info, and they contact the vet for the prescription refill for you so you don’t have to do it yourself!! Amazing
